will be added to your shopping cart and the advertised discount will be applied. Offers valid only while supplies last. Customers are only eligible for one Combo
Special or one Customer Appreciation Gift per order (not both) regardless of the amount of individual items on the order offering said incentives.
For your convenience, Name Brand Warehouse does it's best to
advertise any current Manufacturer rebates on our web
site. However, Name Brand Warehouse does not offer the rebate and the prices listed on our web site do not include the
rebate savings. Any use of these rebates is limited to
any terms or conditions as determined by the
manufacturer. If you have any questions regarding the
rebate terms & conditions and how to redeem the
rebate, please contact the manufacturer directly. Manufacturer rebates are issued
by the manufacturer and not by Name Brand Warehouse.
Refurbished products are products that contain components that have been
owned by other clients and returned to Name Brand Warehouse. Name Brand Warehouse guarantees all refurbished products for 15 days.
Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within our resident
states of business. Therefore, all orders shipping within Wisconsin will
be charged the applicable sales tax according to your area's tax rate.
Like any other retailer, all items are shipped as they were received from the manufacturers. Name Brand Warehouse does not test any item.
The retail and OEM versions of a product are usually exactly the same.
However the retail
version will typically include bundled software,
retail packaging, and more whistles and bells so
to speak. OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer),
White Box, Brown Box versions will include the
actual product and may come with drivers, but
not much else (no special packaging or software).
Usually, the retail version will be accompanied
by a longer warranty. The OEM version is typically
for people who build systems, know what they
are doing and do not require any extras.
Suggestion: Please visit the manufacturer's
website to see what is included with the retail
version. The manufacturer's site will likely NOT
indicate what is included for OEM items.

Products sold by Name Brand Warehouse are covered under our Standard Warranty, unless otherwise indicated.
Merchandise under the Standard Warranty may be returned within 30-days of the original invoice date for refund or
repaired/replaced within 1-year of the invoice date by acquiring a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) number.

All merchandise, unless otherwise indicated, may be returned within 30 days from the original
invoice date for a refund. A return authorization number is
required for all returns. The Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. These terms apply to all refunds. All
products are shipped with a repair/replacement warranty period.
Customers must inform Name Brand Warehouse of any order discrepancy within 7 days
from the invoice date so that we may investigate and resolve the
situation accordingly.
In addition to our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, products may also be covered by
each manufacturer's warranty, service, and support policy.
Name Brand Warehouse assigns and passes through to the Customer any warranty of
the manufacturer. So, for example, in addition to our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, the manufacturer may
offer a 1 Year Warranty which would be invoked directly through the manufacturer.
Name Brand Warehouse offers our customers a 30-day satisfaction replacement or
refund guarantee on all purchases, except:
- Refurbished merchandise which has a 15 day satisfaction replacement or refund guarantee warranty period.
Physical damage to any product will void
the product's warranty. Modifying a product in a permanent way is
considered physical damaged. Physical damage, other than that
sustained in shipping to the customer, voids any warranty previously
implied for any product.
Restocking fees are never assessed by Name Brand Warehouse.
Name Brand Warehouse does not provide technical support. Please contact the original manufacturer for
assistance.
Orders are processed within approximately one to
two "business" days provided that the items are in stock and that there
are no problems with the payment verification. Name Brand Warehouse does not
guarantee same day shipping. Orders are not processed on weekends
or on holidays.
Name Brand Warehouse will rush process an order for an additional fee of $2.99 provided
that the following conditions are met:

The order is submitted before 12 noon PST.

The transaction and credit card
authorization are successfully completed before 12:30PM PST.

The shipping address matches the credit
card billing address (i.e. No alternate "Ship To" address.)
Rush Processing does NOT apply to Pre-Paid Check orders.
Rush Processing Disclaimer:
In all circumstances, Name Brand Warehouse's
maximum liability is limited to the rush order fee only. Name Brand Warehouse will put forth every effort to to ship all rush orders on the day they were placed, however we
cannot guarantee same day shipment.
If we are unable to ship the order on the same day it was placed, we will credit the extra $2.99 handling fee for rush
processing back to your credit card.
Name Brand Warehouse does not sell backordered merchandise. We will never
intentionally charge a customer for an item that we do not physically have
in stock at the time of purchase. Occasional inventory discrepancies may
occur due to inaccurate inventory counts or possibly because the last
few items on our shelves are damaged and/or not in a condition that we
can in good faith send to a customer. In that instance we will refund
your credit/Debit card for the item, along with any applicable tax and
shipping charges. An automated email will also be sent to you
to alert you of the situation. Please note that in the
rare instance that a backorder occurs, your order's processing
time will not be adversely affected.
Name Brand Warehouse will do everything possible to keep you informed of your
order status via e-mail. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once the
item is shipped. You may also check the online status page for live updates.

through our secure server and are encrypted with 128-bit technology. Once
the information is received through the internet, trusted authorized
employees will process your payment, and make sure that your information

We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe.
This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card

Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of
fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this
$50.00, We will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full
