How does a refund or credit work? How is it applied? Is there "In Store Credit"?
A refund or credit is always applied to the credit card used on the original order.  If the original order was paid for by check or money order, we will issue a check for the refund amount.  Alternatively, you may select a refund method of "In Store Credit", in which case you will have an "In Store Credit" available to you in your shopping cart (showing up as a "Gift Card").

How long before the credit is processed and I see it?
It takes approximately two business days to process a credit back to your credit card and 2-3 business days for it to appear on your statement. After Name Brand Warehouse issues the credit, the remainder of the process is out of our control. At this point merchant services and your Bank determine the length of time before the credit posts to your account. This is normally 2-3 business days.

It should be noted that this is the exact process (except in reverse order) that occurs when we charge your card. When we charge your card, you may think there is an immediate withdrawal of the funds, but, in reality, there is only an authorized hold. We too must wait for merchant services and your bank to process the charge (approximately 2-3 days). Then (and only then) will the funds appear in our account. In other words, the same time frame applies to us when we charge you for an order as applies to you when we issue you a refund.

The shipper has returned my order to Name Brand Warehouse (in other words, I never received it). What happens now?
If the shipment comes back to us marked "Returned to Shipper", we accept the package and then credit your credit card back in full, including shipping. This will automatically generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) number and you will receive an email from us indicating that the order has been returned by the shipper and that we have credited your account.
