What happens if something is backordered?
If an item is found to be out of stock after the order is placed, the item will be removed from the order and the remaining items will be shipped. We do not hold up the order because an item is backordered. You will not be charged for the backordered item nor will you be charged shipping for the backordered item. The item that was backordered will have to be re-ordered online when stock is available.

Name Brand Warehouse does not sell backordered items.  All product availability information is based on live inventory data.  However, errors can occur resulting in a backordered item.  The count can be off or the last few items on the shelf may be damaged.  It is never our intention to charge a customer for items we cannot ship.

What happens if something is out of stock?
We do not sell items that we do not have in stock. We provide the "Notify Me of Updates" link on every product page for your convenience. Click on this link and fill in your e-mail address and you will receive an e-mail notification as soon as stock is available. This does not guarantee that the product will be held in stock for you. You must submit an order to insure you get the product. When the product is very popular it can sell out very quickly resulting in a NO STOCK situation by the time you get to the website. Order quickly!

Does Name Brand Warehouse accept phone, fax, email or regular mail orders?
All ordering, price quotes, stock status, and shipping quotes are done directly online, no exceptions. We do not accept phone, fax or e-mail, orders. All pricing quotes on products and shipping are available on the website only.

What do I do if an item is missing from my order?
Check the number of tracking numbers attached to the order.  Verify that you have received all boxes and checked all packing material for small items.  If you are still missing an item, email customer service at service@amebrand-warehouse.com.

Can I combine two different orders into one to save on shipping?
No. This is not currently possible on our website. Nor do we combine orders over the phone.

I did not get an order confirmation. Did my order go through?
If you did not receive a confirmation of the order after successfully clicking the last submit button, it is likely that our server received your order but that communication back to your PC was interrupted. Please do NOT re-place the order on-line. If you do, you may end up with duplicate orders with both being charged to your credit card.  Rather, view your Account History to see if the order was successfully placed.

I am afraid I may have accidentally duplicated my order?
First view your Account History to see if you did, in fact, duplicate your order. Then, if you did duplicate your order, contact customer service at service@amebrand-warehouse.com. We will void the order for you as long as it has not invoiced and/or shipped. If duplicate orders have been shipped, obtain all tracking numbers for the order you do not want and call the shipper to refuse those boxes.  You will be refunded when those boxes are returned to Name Brand Warehouse.

Does Name Brand Warehouse offer discounts on volume orders?
Aside from the reduced shipping costs of multi-item orders, we do not offer any volume discounts on products or shipping. Product pricing and shipping is as quoted on the web site. We simply try to keep all prices as low as possible all the time.

Can I add to, delete from or change my order after I submit it online?
No. Once an order is submitted it can not be amended or edited.

How long does it take to process an order?
It takes one to two business days to process an order before it ships, no exceptions. Once the order has shipped, your estimated time of arrival will be determined by the shipping method paid for and by your local shipper guidelines for delivery.  Name Brand Warehouse offers Rush Processing for orders placed before a specified time for an extra handling fee.  Name Brand Warehouse will put forth every effort to to ship such orders on the day they were placed, however we cannot guarantee same day shipment.  If we are unable to ship the order on the same day it was placed, we will credit the extra handling fee for Rush Processing back to your credit card.

I looked at my order status online and it says the order is void. Why?
If an order is placed and the credit card declines, or the shipping address cannot be verified, after three business days, the order is voided. The only way to regenerate a voided order is to re-place the order online.  Please contact customer service at service@amebrand-warehouse.com if you feel that there has been an error.

Can Name Brand Warehouse customer service agents physically get a product and describe it for me?
Customer service cannot physically acquire a product and describe it for you. Our volume is too high, and we have multiple warehouses all over the country.  All the information we have for each item is already located on our website. 5. You are using a browser less than Internet Explorer 5.1.

If all else fails, try closing all programs and restarting your computer or try from a different computer.

I received an auto-notify e-mail saying that a product was in stock but when I got to the site there was no stock. Why?
The item is already sold out! Everything happens on our site in real-time so hot items fly off the virtual shelves just like virtual pancakes. Keep in mind, a hundred other customers may have received the same email that you received and the product is now sold out again.  Watch closely and please order online when stock becomes available again.

How do I operate the shopping cart?
Search for the items you want to buy. Click “Add To Cart” for each item you want. If you want to buy more than one of an item, input the new quantity in the Qty Product field and click “Update”.  If you need to shop for more items, then click on "continue shopping".  When you have added the last item you need, select the method of shipment you want to pay for and enter your ship-to zip code. Click on the shipping calculator button to view the total charges. If everything is to your satisfaction, click on “Check Out” and login following the instructions.  At this point, new customers can click the "Create Account" button located in the "New Customer" box and create an account.  (The system will hold your shopping cart items while you create your account.) You can then proceed to check out like normal.

Can I take advantage of a manufacturer mail-in rebate with Name Brand Warehouse?
For your convenience, Name Brand Warehouse does it's best to advertise any current Manufacturer rebates on our web site. However, Name Brand Warehouse does not offer the rebate.  The prices listed on our web site do not include the rebate savings. Any use of these rebates is limited to any terms or conditions as determined by the manufacturer. If you have any questions regarding the rebate terms & conditions and how to redeem the rebate, please contact the manufacturer directly.

Can I pay by Money Order or by Check?
You can place an order and pay by check or money order by choosing "pre-paid check" in the payment drop-down box (instead of selecting credit card) as your method of payment. You will receive detailed instructions via Email on how to send in your payment. Basically, write the order number on your check, print your confirmation (that you will receive via Email) and wrap the check or money order in it and send it to us.
