The prices in our industry change too often and too
quickly for us to offer such a guarantee. If the
order has not shipped, you can cancel the order
and re-place the order online to take advantage of the new
price. All prices are as is, at the time of
sale.
Our enormous stock moves way to
fast to tag a particular item with a particular
serial or stepping number for a particular order. We ship what
we have, when we have it.
Yes. Each product will have links to the manufacturer's website when available.
The retail and OEM versions of a product are usually exactly the same.
However the retail
version will typically include bundled software,
retail packaging, and more whistles and bells so
to speak. OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer),
White Box, Brown Box versions will include the
actual product and may come with drivers, but
not much else (no special packaging or software).
Usually, the retail version will be accompanied
by a longer warranty. The OEM version is typically
for people who build systems, know what they
are doing and do not require any extras.
Suggestion: Please visit the manufacturer's
website to see what is included with the retail
version. The manufacturer's site will likely NOT
indicate what is included for OEM items.
Instead, use our "More Images" link to
see exactly how the item will ship.
Refurbished items have been opened and
touched and/or returned. They should all be
considered OEM, bare bones products. Because
they can originate from
different situations, sometimes they come with
some extras or in retail boxes. The
"refurbishing" is performed by the manufacturer. There
should be nothing wrong with them but they only have
a 15 day warranty period. So, if you
purchase one, please check it out right away to
avoid any problems. They should be just as the
factory released them in an OEM condition. No
extras.
Customer service cannot physically acquire a
product and describe it for you. Our volume is too
high, and we have multiple warehouses all over the country. All the information we have for each item is
already located on our website. Please use the “PRODUCT LINK”,
“MORE IMAGES” and “DETAILED SPECS” links for
product information.
Refurbished items only come with a 15 day warranty
from the date of the invoice. No
exceptions. The manufacturer may or may
not extend to you an additional warranty. This
is beyond our control.
Most products have a 30 day warranty period from the date of
invoice and a 1 year repair/replace period from the date of invoice, unless
otherwise specified in the item's description
at the time of purchase.
If our site states
"Lifetime Warranty" the
product is warranted by Name Brand Warehouse to the
initial end user who bought the item from
Name Brand Warehouse for the life of the product. Lifetime warranties are not transferable.
Retail box items
are warranted by the Manufacturer after 30 days
from the invoice date. Name Brand Warehouse services the warranty
within the
first 30 days of purchase. If a manufacturer
does not service end users (such as an "only
overseas" manufacturer with no contact or RMA
procedures) Name Brand Warehouse will honor the warranty
listed on our website at the time of purchase.

Physical damage to
any product will void the product's warranty.
Modifying a product in a permanent way is
considered physical damage. Physical damage voids any warranty previously
implied for any product.
If our site states "Lifetime Warranty"
the product's warranty is covered by Name Brand Warehouse.

We cannot guarantee when or if we will carry the items,
but we do guarantee we will take it under

We always check all reviews before we put
them on the site. They are there to assist you but should never be the final say in
making a purchase. One can never tell who the
person doing the reviewing is, or what level of
competency they may possess. If
we receive several bad reviews on an item, we
simply stop selling that item, period. We don't
want to sell any items that are not a good value

non-software item from our store. Any

advertise any current Manufacturer rebates on our web
site. However, Name Brand Warehouse does not offer the rebate.
