Yes. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization
("RMA#") number within our Return or Warranty
policy period. Name Brand Warehouse will not accept
returns without prior authorization and an RMA number.
Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days within
which Name Brand Warehouse must receive return products. RMA
numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customers
should prominently display the online generated return shipping label
on boxes containing the returned product.

When you acquire an RMA# online, we provide you with a return address label.

your "Order History" page. Select the order containing
the item(s) you wish to return. Orders that are past the Refund period will
be blocked out. Orders that are past the Warranty period will be
blocked out. Click the "Return" link next to the item you wish to return.

No. We do not exchange "Return Items" for different items. We only
replace an item with the exact same item.
To effect an exchange, make an RMA request for refund online for the item you wish to exchange (assuming the warranty period for a refund has not been exceeded), then order the exchange product from our store.
The RMA item will be refunded when received.
A refund is always applied to the credit card used
on the original order. If the original order was paid for by check or money
order, we will issue a check for the refund amount. Alternatively, you may select a refund method of "In Store Credit", in which case you will have an "In Store Credit" available to you in your shopping cart (showing up as a "Gift Card").
It takes approximately two business days to process a
credit back to your credit card and approximately 2-3 business
days for it to appear on your statement.

(or issue a refund) once we receive your return.
Yes. All original accessories, documents and packaging must be returned with your
item in order for Name Brand Warehouse to process your RMA.
Missing items will incur further charges or will reduce your
refund. In most cases, items sent in for RMA
repair will be replaced with another "full item set" with
accessories. Please return all accessories.
Our policy at Name Brand Warehouse is to make your online shopping experience as enjoyable as possible.
Therefore, we do not apply any restocking fees for returned
products under any circumstances.
The customer is solely responsible for shipping returned product back to Name Brand Warehouse.
This is not unlike the situation you encounter at a walk-in store. The store will not send a driver or courier to your house to pick up a
defective item you bought in the store. The store will not reimburse you for your time or gas money
spent to drive back to the store either. However, Name Brand Warehouse will use every good
measure available to us to ensure that you will be able to get the item replaced promptly with as little
difficulty as possible.
We track the serial numbers on all products in our warehouse. Sometimes we find a customer has
inadvertently returned an item that does not belong to
Name Brand Warehouse. In this case, the item in question will be
returned to the customer with a request to send the
correct item.
We do not directly cross ship items. To effect a
cross ship, obtain an RMA refund on the item you wish to
return, then order a new product from our store.
If an RMA item is found to be on backorder and
we cannot obtain the item, you will be notified
by email and the backordered item will be
refunded. We try
to contact every customer in this case and make
sure that they will be happy with the refund.
